SARAH GUILLOT REGISTER
Head Swim Coach
Coach Sarah is a former D2, Collegiate Diver for Metropolitan State College of Denver (1996-1999). She started teaching swimming and diving in 1993, with her first coaching job in 1996. She has coached at Denver West High (1996-1998, Diving), Montebello High School (1997-1998, Diving), Green Mountain High School (1999, Swim), Godby High School (2002-2007, Swim), Bay High School (2008-2010, Swim), Bay District (2014, Dive) and Arnold 2022-present.

She teaches chemistry at Arnold, fitness classes at Sequence, and private swim lessons in the summer.

She is mom to Quinn and Phoenix.

DANA BLEICH HAGAN
Springboard Diving Coach
Coach Dana Bleich Hagan is an athletic scholarship award recipient and 1998 graduate of the University of Alabama's women's swimming and diving program. While earning her Marketing degree, she amassed a number of accolades and awards in the pool as well as the classroom. Coach Dana was the 1996 Southeastern Conference (SEC) Champion and record holder in the women's 10 meter platform event. She is also a three time NCAA Division I "All-American" earning this honor on women's 10 meter platform in 1995, 1996 and 1997.
Dana has coached Arnold divers for eight consecutive seasons & brings many years of competitive experience at the high-school and collegiate level, a knowledge and love for the sport, as well as the enthusiasm and dedication to teach the fundamentals of success in springboard diving.

Assistant Swim Coach
JEN MORGAN
Coach Morgan is a Panama City native. She started coaching in 1999 and has coached for the CSS Seals, PCST, Rutherford High School, North Bay Haven Charter Academy, and Arnold High School. Coach Morgan is a US Navy Veteran (2001-2006) serving
as an FMF Corpsman. She teaches History at Arnold High School and Gulf Coast State College.

BOARD
President: Position is open.
Vice President: Kelly Mandello is a fourth generation Floridian, who has lived in PCB with her family for 20 years. Kelly is an environmental permitting consultant and wildlife biologist, and owns Cordgrass Consulting. Her daughter swims for Arnold and PCST and her son is a chess player. She can usually be found in the garden, or walking in swamps across the Panhandle.
Treasurer: Martha Dunning is the Chief Enlisted Manager of the 1AF Air, Space and Information Operations (A3) Directorate at Tyndall Air Force Base Florida. She has held several budgetary positions during her 24 year career. Her twin sons Logan and Vincent (16) have been part of the Arnold Swim Team since their Freshman year. They are both also leaders of the Arnold JROTC team and Youth Group Leaders at Woodlawn Church in PCB. Martha a Colombian born, Southern California native and her husband Brett a Delaware native met in Bay County while both serving in the U.S. Air Force. When planning their families future, they choose beautiful Panama City Beach as the ideal location to raise and educate their twin boys. They love to travel the world, read and hike or anything else that includes nature as a family. They are proud to be part of the Arnold Marlin Family. They are looking forward to their boys scholastic and career planning phase and what the 2025 Swim Season will bring for the Arnold Swim Team!
Secretary/Sponsorships: Kate Matthews made a splash in Bay county 20 years ago with her husband, Cameron, a native son. She's a jack-of-all-trades, working part time as a legal assistant and full time as the family transportation director. Jackson will be diving into his sophomore year on the AHS swim team in 2025 and swims year round with PCST. Her younger son, Connor, is a brass act, playing tuba and bass guitar, while daughter Molly is toe-tapping into dance. Kate is always up to her neck in activities, but happy to lend a helping hand where she can.
